SCHEDULING – Appointments are held with a debit/credit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use an alternate payment method or a gift certificate.
CANCELLATIONS – A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hour’s notice.
LATE ARRIVALS – Due to the tight schedule of our providers, your appointment will need to be scheduled if you are more than 5 minutes late for a Filler/Botox appointment and 10 minutes late for any other service.
REFUNDS – All services are non-refundable, no exceptions. Money will not be given back after a service is given. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will work together to find a resolution that is fair for both parties.
RETAIL PRODUCT – Unopened products in the original sealed packaging are eligible for return. In-store credit will be issued with all product exchanges and returns.
GIFT CERTIFICATES – All gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
All procedures performed at 22 Plastic Surgery are primarily cosmetic in nature, not medically necessary, and therefore, would be fraudulent and unethical for 22 Plastic Surgery to submit a fee to any insurance company for coverage. We will not accept insurance for any procedures.
